About Us
Experienced construction industry Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor skilled in all aspects of Cost Control and Contract Administration within every facet of the building industry.
I have extensive experience within the housing development/residential sector incorporating concrete frame high rise schemes and traditional housing/apartment projects. I have also been the commercial lead in projects for student accommodation, office development, retail, academic facilities, laboratories and hotel developments.
My experience spans over 20 years and is varied as I have worked from many perspectives within the QS field including PQS, Developer, Main Contractor and Client. This experience allows me to see and anticipate any potential issues from both viewpoints thereby managing risk and cost where at all possible.
